Crab Fingers with Basil Leaves

Ingredients

1.     1.5 kg of crab fingers
2.     3 tablespoons of red chilli paste
3.     1 teaspoon of rice powder
4.     1 small shallot (coarse paste)
5.     ¼ tablespoon of shrimp paste
6.     ¼ tablespoon of turmeric powder
7.     A lump of tamarind (soak in water)
8.     Salt and chicken stock
    9.  A cup of basil leaves


How to do?
1.     Wash crab fingers and crack them gently.
2.     Put them into a medium pot.
3.     Add chilli paste, shrimp paste, shallot coarse paste, turmeric powder and rice powder.
4.     Pour water as you desired
5.     Cook it over medium heat and bring to a boil.
6.     Add tamarind juice by squeezing the soaked tamarind.
7.     Add salt and chicken stock and try the taste.
8.     Sprinkle basil leaves
