Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 1 Bottle Gourd
- 8 to 9 green chillies
- 5 cloves of garlic , 1 onion and ½ inch ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- full teaspoon of masala powder
- ¾ teaspoon of oil
How to do?
- Cut chicken and bottle gourd into serving pieces.
- Mix together chillies, garlic, onion and ginger and pound into a coarse paste.
- Heat up the pot.
- Add the oil and sauté the paste and turmeric powder until raw smell is gone.
- Add the chopped chicken and masala powder.
- Add salt and chicken stock to taste.
- Pour your desired amount of water.
- Bring to a boil and add the chopped bottle gourd.
- Wait until the bottle gourd is softened.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
