Potato cake


Ingredients
 - 5 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons corn flour powder
- 25 grams chopped meat (chicken or pork or beef)
- 2 medium onions (sliced)
- 6 or 7 green chillies
- 1/4 tbl turmeric powder
- Peanut oil for frying
- A pack of masala
- Salt and chicken stock
How to do?
1. Boil the potatoes until they are cooked and softened.
2. Peel the potatoes and mash.
3, Add salt and corn flour powder
4. Mix well together and set aside.
5. Heat oil (1 tbl) in a saucepan and fry the chopped meat
6.  Add masala powder, turmeric powder, onion slices, sliced green chillies, salt and chicken stock.
7. Keep stirring until it is cooked.
8. Take a lump of mashed potato and form a around 4cm dia ball of potato in your hand.
9. Flatten the potato into a disc and fill a spoon of cooked meat and wrap the potatoe into a flat ball.
10. Garnish the corn flour powder over the balls.
11. Preheat a deep fryer and drop the balls into the hot oil
12. Wait until they turn into golden color.

Potato cakes are ready for you. :)

Roasted Ray Fish Salad


Ingredients

  1. ½ kg Ray Fish
  2. 10 – 15 green chillies
  3. 1 shallot
  4. 1 big onion (Sliced)
  5. 0.5 inch of ginger
  6. 1 lime (Sliced)
  7. A cup of coriander leaves
How to do?
  1. Roast ray fish in oven
  2. Debone the roasted fish.
  3. Roast green chillies in a flat pan.
  4. Pound green chillies together with shallot and ginger into a coarse paste.
  5. Mix deboned roasted fish and chillies paste.
  6. Squeeze lime slices to add lime juice.
  7. Add salt and chicken stock to taste.
  8. Sprinkle onion slices and coriander leaves.
