Ingredients
- ½ kg Ray Fish
- 10 – 15 green chillies
- 1 shallot
- 1 big onion (Sliced)
- 0.5 inch of ginger
- 1 lime (Sliced)
- A cup of coriander leaves
How to do?
- Roast ray fish in oven
- Debone the roasted fish.
- Roast green chillies in a flat pan.
- Pound green chillies together with shallot and ginger into a coarse paste.
- Mix deboned roasted fish and chillies paste.
- Squeeze lime slices to add lime juice.
- Add salt and chicken stock to taste.
- Sprinkle onion slices and coriander leaves.
