Ingredients
- 25 to 30 small green chilies
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste
- 1 tablespoon dried shrimp (optional)
- Salt and chicken stock
How to do?
- Roast green chillies in a pan until its skins are blistered.
- Place the roasted chillies into a mortar and pestle.
- Add shrimp paste, garlic cloves, dried shrimp paste, salt and chicken stock.
- Pound into a coarse paste.
