Ingredient
- ½ or 1 kg Dried Fish
- A bunch of white radish
- Sliced green chillies (around 4 or 5)
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Very small amount of Oil
- Chicken Stock and Salt to taste
How to do?
- Cut the dried fish and radishes into convenient sized pieces.
- After these have been washed, place into a saucepan.
- Pour water just enough to over the fish and carrots.
- Add turmeric powder and chillies and salt and chicken stock.
- Wait to bring to a boil and taste to try the seasoning.
