How to do?
- Roast the dried fishes in a pan until it gets crispy.
- Use Motor and Pestle to pound green chillies, shallot and ginger into a coarse paste.
- Cut lime into slices.
- Mix roasted dried fishes and paste in a plate.
- Add salt and chicken stock to taste
- Squeeze 1 or 2 slices of lime.
