Roasted small dried fish salad (Nga-ni-tu krout thoe)


Ingredients

  1. 150 g small dried fish
  2. 5 to 6 green chillies
  3. 1 peeled shallot and 1 inch of ginger
  4. 1 green lime
  5. salt and chicken stock

                     
How to do?
  1. Roast the dried fishes in a pan until it gets crispy.
  2. Use Motor and Pestle to pound green chillies, shallot and ginger into a coarse paste.
  3. Cut lime into slices.
  4. Mix roasted dried fishes and paste in a plate.
  5. Add salt and chicken stock to taste
  6. Squeeze 1 or 2 slices of lime.
